Malancha, DRRA’s inclusive fashion brand: a DRRA project, not a separate company. Apparel and accessories made by artisans trained through our Economic Inclusion programme, including women re-entering work after leaving the garment sector and people with disabilities building a livelihood.

Launched December 2023 with a runway show at Amorjoti School. Makers and models were the same students.
Buy it, gift it, or donate it to a family in need
Every item has three options: keep it, send it as a gift, or donate the equivalent piece to a family DRRA serves. Prices shown are indicative and may be adjusted as the catalogue grows.
Three ways to give with every purchase
A runway at Amorjoti School
Unveiled at a fashion show at the Amorjoti School for children with disabilities. The students who made the clothes also modelled them: co-ords, fusion kurtis, fatuas, jackets, panjabis, three-piece suits, and handmade totes and bags. DRRA later partnered with a Bangladeshi retailer to bring the collection to a wider market.
Meet the makers
Graduates of DRRA's vocational training, students of the Amorjoti School, and women rebuilding a livelihood after leaving the garment sector. To protect their privacy, artisans are introduced by cohort and craft, and named only with their consent.
