Inclusive Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)

To respond to the SGD goal 6: Ensure access to water and sanitation for all DRRA takes person-centered approaches to ensure inclusive water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). Our primary focus is to introduce and practice safe water, hand washing, inclusive sanitation, and menstrual health hygiene management at home grounds and school level. Disability-inclusive WASH at school helps children with disabilities to attend and stay in school, especially girls who are menstruating. Disability-inclusive WASH at home supports a person to make them independent and increase their acceptance in society.
