Education during Emergency

DRRA works to ensure that the education of children with disabilities remains protected during natural disasters. Schools are frequently used as shelters and pose a threat to the continued education of all children, particularly children with disabilities, during climate crises. DRRA has established a standard operating procedure to address raised challenges through awareness raising, school-based emergency protocol and plan, along with  inclusive drills. DRRA also provides first aid support, rescue kits, and early warning logistics to the schools, trained community volunteers and CPP to help the families and students.
